My only complaint is that it came with no instructions and as I have no experience with graphing calculators I am utterly lost as to how I use it. It came quickly, works great as far as I can tell. Needed this for my stats class and was too lazy to shell out over [.]. bucks for a new one so I ordered refurbished.
I received the product quickly and was pleased to find it in perfect working condition.
It also helps to know some one that is familiar with it. The on-line instructions are difficult at best. Once you figure out a new application it is great. Works well and is necessary for my college level math classes. I would highly recomend getting the "TI-83 for Dummies" book as a companion.
It didn't come with some cables but we had no need for those anyway and it mentioned that upfront as well. Thanks for letting me not spend a fortune for my college daughter's calculator. Thanks to this company for providing this service since the brand new calculators' prices are just ridiculous, and this is a good way to save a little money on school supplies. Everything seems like new with it and delivery was super fast. This has worked great. No problems as of yet, and hoping that continues.
